About Select Search Group

David Jolley is the Founder of Select Search Group, specializing in executive recruitment in the Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Sales, and Operations verticals. Before launching Select Search Group, David spent over 11 years as a leader in the staffing industry for a globally recognized firm. He was regularly recognized as a top producer, successfully placing hundreds of candidates with his clients between 2014 and 2025. Aside from personal production, David was also responsible for building multiple successful recruiting teams throughout the Southeast, including the North Carolina, Tennessee, and Florida markets.  

David now focuses on offering a unique approach to the recruiting industry by eliminating the "big box" feel of most firms, which are primarily driven by metrics and high volume, and delivers a more personable, selective partnership to his clients where each side can benefit.

Outside of the office, David enjoys spending time with his wife Brittney and daughter Landry, along with their dog, Layla. Aside from work and family, David is an avid athlete and sports fan, where he enjoys running, golfing, and playing softball while cheering on the Braves, Panthers, and Hornets.
